A offshore refrigerated container is a kind of container specially used for maritime transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive goods, equipped with a refrigeration system and thermal insulation structure, which can provide a stable low temperature environment for goods during sea transportation and ensure the quality of goods. It is mainly used for the transportation of perishable goods such as fresh food, medicines, flowers, etc., and is also used for the transportation of materials with temperature requirements in the oil and gas industry.

The offshore container is designed and manufactured for the transportation of goods,

handled in open seas, to, from or between fixed and/or floating installations and

ships. A mechanical refrigeration unit will be fitted to the front end frame. Performance and

Durable: Made of high-strength steel or aluminum alloy and other materials, the structure is sturdy and can withstand bumps, shaking, collisions and adverse weather conditions such as strong winds and waves in marine transportation to ensure the safety of goods.

Good thermal insulation performance: the use of high-quality thermal insulation materials, such as polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam, etc., can effectively reduce the introduction of external heat, maintain the low temperature environment in the box, reduce the energy consumption of the refrigeration system, and keep the temperature stable.

Reliable refrigeration system: Equipped with high-performance refrigeration units with strong refrigeration capacity, the temperature can be controlled within a specific range according to the demand of the cargo, usually adjustable between -30°C and +20°C, and the temperature fluctuation is small.

The offshore container is constructed to be capable of being handled and operated

without any damage under the following conditions.

They are lifted by crane hook attached to top link of 4 legs lifting set through pad

eyes at a maximal 45°from the vertical.

They are lifted by fork lift arms through two side fork lift pockets fitted in the bottom

structure on container.

They are stacked only onshore or on offshore installations with 2 high at most.

Temperature and humidity monitoring: Advanced temperature and humidity sensors are installed, which can monitor the temperature and humidity data in the box in real time, and feed back the information to the operator through the data transmission system, so as to detect abnormalities and make adjustments in time.

High safety performance: It is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, leakage protection, high and low temperature alarm, etc., to prevent damage to the goods caused by refrigeration system failure and accidents, and also ensure the safety of personnel and ships.

Flexible configuration: According to different use needs, a variety of configurations and customizations can be carried out, such as adding shelves, compartments, vents, etc., to adapt to the storage and transportation requirements of different goods.
