The container described herein is designed for the carriage of general cargo by road, rail and sea (above or below deck), and is suitable for the environmental conditions imposed by these modes of transport.
All materials used in the construction will be to withstand extremes of temperature range from -30℃ to +70℃ without effect on the strength of the basic structure and watertightness.
Standards and Regulations
The container will satisfy the following requirements and regulations, unless otherwise mentioned in this specification.
Part 1: General cargo containers for general purposes
STANAG 2413- A frame standards
All the containers will be certified and complied with “The Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under the cover of T.I.R. Carnets” or “The Customs Convention on Containers”
All the containers will be certified and complied with the requirements of the “International Convention for the Safe Containers”
All exposed wooden components used for container will be treated to comply with the requirements of “Cargo Containers-Quarantine Aspects and Procedures” of the Commonwealth Department of Health, Australia.
The container will be registered and comply with the International Union of Railways (UIC) code 592-1 OR and 592-2 OR.
The container will be constructed to be capable of being handled without any permanent deformation under the following conditions:
d)Fully or empty, Handling by the “A” frame, using truck hydraulic hook lift handling arm.
The container will be constructed to be suitable for transportation in the following modes:
On the deck of vessels, Five (5) high stacked and secured by vertical and diagonal wire lashings.
2 CONSTRUCTIONS & MATERIAL
The base structure is composed of floor board, cross-members, forklift and PLS rail. The cross member is welded to the bottom side rail and PLS rail. Floor is screw to the cross member. the PLS rail assembly is composed of DIN LOCK/M LOCK/CABLE GUIDE/CABLE HOOK/ROLLER /PLS rail Bottom side rail

The roof is composed of Q235 roof panel. Several Q235 corrugated panels compose a whole roof panel by Auto-welding. At the perimeter, the roof panel is welded to the outside flange of the top side rails and rear & front header.

Top Side Rails:Each top side rail is made of square hollow section steel. Each side wall will be composed of a number of sheets for the intermediate (inner) parts and outer panels at each end of side wall, fully vertically corrugated into trapezium section, butt welded together to form one panel by automatic welding.
The paint system including workmanship and materials shall be guaranteed against such as corrosion, paint failure, color fading, discoloration and all other defects for a period of three (3) years.
Marking decals, including workmanship and materials shall be guaranteed against any defect including but not limited to tenting, fading, discoloration, chalking and peeling for a period of five (5) years after acceptance of the container.
All the containers shall be guaranteed to be free from defects in materials, workmanship and structure for a period of two (2) years when containers are delivered to the buyer country.
