Container is composed of roof, base, wall, corner posts etc. Gaskets seals all the connection gaps between all parts. All electrical connection is fast connection way. Container is free from interior lining installation at customer site. Main structure deployment and unemployment takes 70-75 seconds, which is easy, fast and reliable.

Main beam is rolled with thickness 3mm, secondary beam is rolled with thickness 1.5mm. Roof insulation is 100mm thickness, mineral wool density not less than 100kg/m3

Base structure is composed of rolled profile steel, fiber floor and PVC skin. Base structure insulation is not less than 110mm thick, mineral wool density is not less than 100kg/m3. Main profile is rolled with 3mm thick and secondary profile is rolled with 1.5mm

Wall is composed of insulation, profile etc. Door, window, wires and switches are pre-installed. Wall thickness is 75mm, preprinted steel skin is not less than 0.5mm, mineral wool density is not less than 100kg/m³.

Around the perimeter of the wall, corner profile is installed, which prevents the leakage of mineral wool, and avoid any harm to workers.

The complex type of the corner casting, which can ensure two status of shipping and deployment. Bolt connection for shipping, easy, fast and reliable. Avoid pre-hidden bolt which causes future repair difficulties.“Guidance+Position” function special design, allowing container to be operated easily, fast and safely.

Newly IP designed the scalable hinge.

1) Solved the problem of mutual interference during the folding of side walls and achieved automatic compensation for height differences;

2) The folding sequence of the left and right wall panels are not required, avoiding accidental operation by personnel;

3) When using multiple units for large space, the container floor can be achieved with a smooth transition;

4) The effective constraint between the sleeve and the slider ensures that the side wall is within ± 1mm of the xy direction limit when the side wall panel is vertical, effectively controlling the gap between the side wall and the wall panels at both ends.

5) Multiple levels of sliders can be used to solve the problem of larger height differences. The bed, tables, chairs, and wardrobe can be folded inside the box simultaneously, reducing the transportation and management of furniture.
